Renewal Requirements

Timeline for Returning Applicants

  • Fall semester/quarter: December 15–31
  • Spring semester/quarter: July 15–31

All required documents must be submitted to FGSITC on or before the deadline.

How to Maintain Eligibility

  • Maintain a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.0 or higher, a 3.0 GPA for most recent term attended, and full-time enrollment status, registered for at least 12 semester/quarter units.
  • Remain in good academic and disciplinary standing.
  • Attend all workshops provided by FGSITC, following a curriculum that includes self-enrichment, talent contribution, and attendance at in-person workshops at Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, as set and accepted by FGSITC.
  • Receive a certification letter from the FGSITC Scholarship Committee verifying satisfactory participation in the FGSITC curriculum for each semester/quarter.

Renewal Documents Required

  1. Submit Your Most Recent Transcript: Ensure you maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and a 3.0 GPA or higher for the most recent term attended.
  2. Provide Registration/Enrollment Verification: Submit an official verification letter from your school for the upcoming semester/quarter before the renewal deadline.
